Sustainability

Circular economy is at the core of all our operations

We have the opportunity to help build a future we want to live in. We aim to promote a society that operates within the limits of nature's carrying capacity, where everyone has an equal position and the ability to make a difference. From the beginning, our business has been built on the principles of sustainable development, and we are committed to continuing this practice.

We want to offer everyone an easy and concrete way to participate in more sustainable consumption and the circular economy.

FabPatch™ is designed to extend the life of clothing, gear, and other textile products. With an easy-to-apply repair patch, damaged textiles can be repaired without sewing or ironing and kept in use instead of being replaced due to damage.

Our approach is based on the principles of the circular economy: taking care of the products that already exist and keeping them in use for as long as possible. Extending the active life of clothing is one of the key ways in which the circular economy can help reduce the environmental impacts of the textile industry. According to the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, doubling the number of times a garment is worn could reduce its associated greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 44% (source: Ellen MacArthur Foundation).

We want to make repairing easy, visible, and a natural part of everyday life – while helping to build a new culture of repair.

However, our sustainability work goes beyond the intended purpose of our products. We continuously develop our materials, manufacturing processes, packaging, and ways of working. We aim to understand the impacts of our operations as thoroughly as possible, make concrete improvements, and communicate openly about the areas where we still have room to improve.

We believe that real impact comes above all from action: every piece of clothing, gear, or other textile product that is repaired gets the opportunity to stay in use for longer.

Small product. Big impact.

We have published our fourth Repair Report, covering our activities in 2025.

We develop our sustainability reporting year by year. We want to communicate openly about the sustainability topics that are most relevant to our operations, our goals, the work we have done, and the areas where we still have room to improve.

The report covers, among other topics, our operating principles, production, materials, and ways of working.

For the first time, our 2025 report also includes a calculation of our company’s carbon footprint. In this initial calculation, we have included the material sources of emissions we have identified, and our aim is to improve the scope and accuracy of the calculation in the coming years.

For the calculation, we have used a carbon footprint calculation tool developed for the textile and fashion industry, applying a methodology based on the principles of the GHG Protocol.
